Design Thinking with 300+ managers

Last week our Teaching Team was invited to join the TAG Key Player meeting in the beautiful city of Dubrovnik to give a introduction on Design Thinking to more than 300 managers.
Not that this would be enough of a challenge already, but we decided to do an interactive prototyping session with the audience! The outcome was amazing. There were plenty of brilliant ideas on how a better customer experience could be created. Even the board members were busy with their prototyping (see the picture below with the bottle!). Philipp and Friederike were on stage giving instructions as Falk and Boris were jumping from table to table and made sure everyone was on track.
